Contracting
Get Contracted with Topflight
Apply below, then book a one-on-one Google Meet call. Topflight contracts agents who are a mutual fit on culture, production and goals, and the interview covers your calendars, your current production and what you need from an upline.
I want to take a moment to explain why Topflight operates a bit differently from most FMOs.
When we bring on a new agent, we ensure they align with our culture and values and that we can genuinely support their business goals. Topflight is incredibly diverse, multi-racial and multilingual, like a true United Nations. We believe that this inclusivity is one of our greatest strengths, and we seek agents who share those values.
Many agents believe that choosing an upline/FMO is all about marketing co-op or fancy perks. And yes, we've secured co-op deals with major national carriers, and we offer:
- 🏆 A custom CRM that sends out branded monthly e-newsletters to your clients.
- 📬 Free post-enrollment and pre-AEP postcards in your branding.
- 🎂 Birthday cards at cost to your clients with minimal effort on your part.
- 💊 Tools to have clients update their SOA, drug list, and doctor info directly in their CRM record, no external systems needed.
But what truly sets us apart?
The Topflight Tribe.
This is more than a community; it's a support system where you can get in-depth help on demand from seasoned agents, other MGAs, my staff, and me. As a commitment to our agents, I don't pass the buck on your support. I'm in the trenches daily answering and solving problems so you can make the sale. Combined with regular training and a University of 118+ on-demand webinars that walk you through how to succeed, this is what many agents say is their secret weapon for growth.
Partnership First: Are We a Fit?
Taking on a new agent is an investment of time and resources, so we need to ensure it's a mutual fit. During our onboarding process, we'll have a 1-on-1 Google Meet call where we ask for full transparency about:
- Your prospecting schedule, systems, and current production.
- Your vision for your business and how you want to be supported.
- What you feel you're not getting with your current upline/FMO.
We're looking for agents who are ready to grow and succeed in partnership with us.
