Secure Choice short-term home health care: issue ages 40 to 85, Basic, Standard and Complete plans, home health care up to $600 a day, home health aide up to 120 days, prescription reimbursement of $15 generic and $30 brand up to $360, $720 or $720 a year by plan. Optional riders for hospital confinement, ambulance and accident vary by state.
