Home Health Care Enhanced: issue ages 18 to 89, Classic, Premier and Deluxe plans with daily maximums of $150, $300 and $450, homemaker services on Enhanced, and prescription reimbursement of $10 generic and $25 brand on 30-day scripts or $30 and $75 on 90-day scripts, up to $300, $600 or $900 a year. Legacy HHC Select differs; check the policy version.
